Who can apply?
Eligible Applicants are NGOs from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
How many partners must be involved in a project?
To be eligible for funding at least three NGOs must be involved from different countries:
1 Baltic country and 2 different Nordic countries, or alternatively 2 different Baltic countries and 1 Nordic country.
What are the non-eligible costs?
Administrative costs, financing regular activities of the applying organisation, costs on infrastructure.
Other costs which are not in harmony with the objectives of the programme.
How long does the decision process take?
Decisions can be expected no later than 6 weeks after the deadline of application.
